cadence bandwidth

I have designed a MIXER in cadence. I have measured all required parameter but unable to decide frequency range of my mixer.
can any one suggest me how to determine frequency range of mixer?(in cadence)

cadence how to find bandwidth

Have you measured the conversion gain of Mixer? if yes, you can get the 3dB bandwidth.

Which device you are using diode or transistor?
According to my information the bandwidth of mixer is determined by passive components you used along with mixer element.
say you are using 90deg hybrid with 2 diodes.
then band width is decided by 90deg hybrid.
you can do the S param simulation of 90 deg hybrid & can find bandwidth.Abhishekabs

u need to do parameter sweep , "parametric analysis in cadence "

Hello,

From the conversion gain you can determine the bandwidth (3dB).

Good Work.
