pss+pnoise for LNA

Hi!
I try to simulate NF for LNA vs input RF power (prf) for a particular freq. My pss+pnoise is:

pss fund=1G harms=20 errpreset=conservative method=gear2only annotate=status

pnoise sweeptype=absolute start=1G lin=50 maxsideband=10 oprobe=PORT1 iprobe=PORT0 refsideband=0 annotate=status

I got NF of 80 dB even at very small prf. The LNA is ok, it has sp NF of 3 dB.

If only I set start=1.1G in my pnoise, I got right NF vs prf about 3 dB with small prf and higher with higher prf.

But what is the reason NF at exact 1 GHz degrade so much with pss+pnoise simulation...?

1GHz could be singular for pnoise since 1GHz is fundamental frequency of PSS.
So pnoise result around 1GHz could be less accurate.

Try pnoise with adding parameter "solver=std".
