1. is there any value for the mobility of electrons and holes ?

2. which mobility is higher? either electrons or holes ??

3. Whether NMOS or PMOS is faster ?? Give explanation whichever is faster??

NMOS is faster in the case of electrons and PMOS is faster in the case of holes

Yes there is a value mobility of electrons and holes please refer John P uyemera or Neil weste for this concept

mobility of electrons in nmos

NMOS is faster then PMOS because mobility of electrons is around 3 times more than holes. Thats why we design PMOS W 3 times bigger than NMOS W.
