instrumentation dcs tutorial beginner

Dear all,
I am am new comer to instrument engneer, I donot have much information neither pracical work in intrumentation. My background is from electronics design.

Can any one suggest me a good forum relatin to instrumentation/ control systems engineering..... DCS, PLC, VFD, current loop, motors, SCADA, LAN/ WAN, sensors , flow measring cards etc, etc.

as well as good books for this field for practtioners.

I AM ALSO AN INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER WORKING IN AN PROCESS INDUTRY,I CAN HELP U REGARDING PLC'S, PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS,TEMPERATURE Tx,THERMOCOUPLES,RTDS, WEIGH FEEDERS,GAS ANALYSERS etc.
