SMD marked S 2F 47 in SOT 23 package

Hello

Could some one advise what the markings on a surface mount device are.

S 2F 47

Capital S then space then 2F

The 47 is smaller and on its side.

Should I be looking for a S 2F

Or a 2F

Or 2F 47

Checked at TKB-4u.com

But still some what confused.

package marking 2f

It should be one of 2F types. Use ohmmeter to check if it is a transistor.

The device has failed with a short across all three terminals
so not sure if it is a transistor or zenor

Zener diode has usualy, only two pins connected.

Its a MMBT2907A SMD marking 2F SOT 23 !.
