i have some questions about fully differential opamp,please give me some advice:
1\how to decide the value of two inputs and two outputs,a input to Vcm,the other to Vin,is that right?
if so,what's the value of two outputs,and what's the value of Vocm?
2\if i use SC-CMFB,how to decide the value of the two capacitors?
what's the timing of phi1 and phi2?how to ensure Vcmfb=Vbias?
and how to connect Vcmfb and Vbias?
please give me some advice in detail,or some related papers.
3\what's the ratio of slew rate in the whole settling?
in slow speed and fast speed case,is there some difference?
for example,for a 15M's signal,what's the ratio of slew rate in the whole settling?
4\if i use gai-boosted folded cascode opamp,how to decide the GBW for the auxilitary opamp?how to provide cmfb for the auxilitary opamp?
