Hi, is there someone that cuold help me with load-pull analyses in ADS?
My problem is related to the parameters S11_rho and S11_center, I don't understand the way to set up them.
Another thing...I need some documentation about load-pull problems, does someone know good books or something else?

the rho is the radius of the space the load pull will search for the Zopt , the center is the center of the space

check the load pull design giude and in ADS

also check source pull in ADS , it is good tool to make good input matching circuits

I found a good ppt "LoadPullPres.ppt" and a good dds that helped me to understand the parameters s11_rho and s11_center!!

I would like to use it to simulate some passives for my PA design.

if it is , it will be easier to use momentum in ADS

i have good experince in momentum , but not much in HFSS

no they are complex structures like side-shielded CPW or something else...

If you are using ADS for load pull simulation, we have recently updated the Load Pull DesignGuide. If using ADS 2009 Update 1 or earlier, you may download a version of the Load Pull DG from the Agilent EEsof Knowledge Center: http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/displ...nGuide+for+ADS+2009+Update+1+with+new+content
Significant further enhancements were made to the Load Pull DG in ADS 2011.01, and are included in the shipping version.
After the ADS 2011.05 release, we made even more enhancements and improvements. These are available for download, also from the Agilent EEsof Knowledge Center: http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/displ...DesignGuide+Enhancements+for+post+ADS+2011_05
