lms vs fxlms algorithm

hi all,

i wanna know what is the difference between adaptive identification using fxlms and lms algorithm??

because when i read from ANC book by Sen M.Kuo, it tells that for the fxlms identification the adaptive filter is substitute by S(z), meanwhile in lms identification the adaptive filter is using W(z), but in the same time W(z) and S(z) are estimated impulse response, so i think there are no difference between this 2 algorithm:cry::cry:

i'm very confuse with this, is there anyone who can help me???

best regards,
jalal
