I installed CST 2006 at a laptop which uses Intel(R) GM965 graphic chipset (Lenovo T61). When I opened a example file or created a new file, the computer is freezed, and the computer screen changes in very weird color. It seems that the graphic card is incompatible with CST, but I'm not sure. Is there any body who fixed this problem?

I've suffered that same problem with CST and also HFSS.

Solutions:
(i) Deactivate the HW acceleration of your Graphic card ; or
(ii) Use a computer with a powerful GPU with lots of memory (I recommend you this)

The problem is Intel Mobile 965 chipset driver made by laptop manufacturers are not OpenGL compatible and they are SOOOOOOOOOO behind in fixing the problem. Another way around this is to download update Intel driver for the chipset above (Intel is aware of the graphic problem as indicated in their FAQ) and install in your laptop. You have to uninstall your previous driver before running the setup or Intel will refuse to install their driver. I did this successfully with Dell Vostro 1500 series.
