I want to do about MIMO

do you have any idea what topic I should do? and suggest me how to write proposal to apply for PhD.

The best way to do this is to pick a university or two, then do a bit of reading on the types of research/projects they are currently working on. Then try and fit a proposal around something a university is currently researching.

Also choose something you're going to enjoy.

go to stanford univ website ..then to wireless research lab..and check out various phd topics in this area MIMO
