current and voltage phase different circuit help..urgent...

have any circuit or ic that can measure the phase difference between current and voltage to get power factor??i have design a AC power factor correction circuit using hall effect current transducer, now i need a phase detector circuit to measure power factor then select require capasitor to correct the pf to more perfect value...

i have change the plan of design power factor correction..now i need do a ac power factor correction, input voltage is 240v ac..any suggestion or reference on this pfc???help
