pwm dimmer circuit

hello everybody!
can this circuit work ok to dim a flouroscent bulb
what should be the frequency of pwm signal

pwm dimmer -led

You cant use flouroscent bulb for dimming purpose.You can use only incadescent lamp.You cant use pwm to control the AC wave.PWM is used for DC waveforms only.
To control an AC wave you need to use phase angle controling method.
