which N/W course shud i go for ?

i m a newbie in N/W field. i hav done a small project on Winserver2k3 in my college days.it was about setting up 1 AD server,1 FIle server & a Exchange server for a hypthetical company. then we need to applly some restrictions on the OU's created.....
when v fininshed that project i got a chance to study Unix.that too appeared promising to me... later on i discovered that i hav got my interest developed in Hacking (or White hat hacking in the other way)

nw i m really confused as to which domain i shud stick to ?
 

Unix is good.
Window as workstation.
and hacking etc is for side by side interest. focus on Unix.

u mean that UNIX is better for N/W or from Network security point of view ?
