hadamard code matlab

Dear all,

Is there anyone who has Hadamard Code (encoder and decoder). My application is for error correction. I'm planning to use matlab. Please give me also some materials about hadamard matrix applications.

hadamard matrix can be generated using hadamard command in matlab
it generates hadamard matrix whose rows are orthogonal to each other also the columns walsh codes are based on hadamard matrices but its dmension must be 2^n.e.g 2*2 or 4*4 etc
