How to solve glitch in current steering DAC?

i have a problem with my current steering dac (very high glitch) how can i solve it
 

cs steering dac

you should synchronise propertly the switching cell to clock, and also use the cs source with high O/p impedence
 

cs steering dac

you may use sense amplifier which can be designed same as latched comparator
