Hi all ..
can anyone suggest me how to get technology file for cadence virtuoso schematic editor?

Cadence Virtuoso schematic editor does not require especial technology file.
Why do want it?

geet technology

You can edit the technology file yourself, if your foundry does not have one. Refer to cadence doc for more info.
