Dear Alls,

I read a paper in circuit design. In the design, they use both transitors are "Low Vt device" and "Regular Vt Device" in 0.12 CMOS technologies.
Can any one tell me the different bt the two kind of transitors?

Many thanks,

Test_out

obviously,
"low Vt device" its threshold voltage is lower than that of "regular Vt device".

Thank iamxo, but I mean how can I chose the low Vt device and Regular Vt device from Cadence?

You should check the Process Control parameter file of the technology and there the devices will be characterised and you can see the required parameter.

Jitendra.
