how to measure size of coaxial feed

hi..
i need some help in solving this problem. i've design microstrip antenna with narrow slot. the problem is i don't know how to do the coaxial feed as feeding for the antenna. what size of radius that i should used? in the SCT example, it used 4.0mm for the outer radius while inner radius is 1.12mm.. the connector that being used is socket sma panel with 50ohm.
