Help for analysis of pole and zero in analog circuit, please

Hi,
I find it is hard to get the pole and the zero in an analog IC accurately。
Can anyone recommend me some books or papers for that, or some experience and advise about that, please.

gain some practice on small signal analysis using paper and pencil. use lower level models which provide lesser accurate but resonable results.

for basic theory look for some circuit analysis books like one from "Van Valkenburg"..
