Bright up the dot-matrix LED

Hi, i need help to make the column anode 5x7 dot-matrix LED become brighter. i was thinking that it maybe lack of current. any idea on how to improve this? thanks.

The below image is my circuit coonection, i'm doing 10 pieces of the dot-matrix LED


Added after 2 minutes:

add up:my circuit try to operate with battery, so i try to reduce the component using to save the power.
