Is TFT LCD display means colour display? What abot dot matrix LCD display? does it belong to TFT LCD display?

Hi!
No, "dot matrix" does not mean monochrome. It means the charaters are based on a matrix of dots or a grid of dots. It may be colour or monochrome.
 

mostly dot matrix screen are monochrome.I don't know of any color based dot matrix LCD.
