Hi,

I need an optical interface (an IR receiver and an IR transmitter separeted) and software to read data captured and stored in a three phase WATT HOUR METER for industrial use.

Regards,

Fernando

Why dont you try a simple ir isolated RS232 link?

If you want more a RS485 would be better?

Regards
Nandhu

Dear Nandhu,

Very thank you for your prompt reply. Due to safety, and to avoid plug problems the WATT HOUR METER has an optical interface. It has not an electrical DB9 or similar conection so it's impossible to make this adapater.

Regards,

Fernando
