Hi everyone, I encounter a problem when I use the TSMC 0.18um RF PDK to run corner analysis in ADE of Cadence.
I run corner analysis with the Corner Tool embeded in ADE, and the script is provided by TSMC.
If the device is not a RF device, the corner analysis is run smoothly. However if i use any RF device, the output log give me a message that something is wrong when doing hierarchy netlisting.
I think that the difference between RF and normal devices is that the RF devices are descripted as subcircuit while the normal devices are not.
Can anyone help me to tell where is the problem?

Re: A question about corner analysis with TSMC 0.18 RF devic

what exactly the error your are seeing?

Hi mildragon, the error is " Internal error found in spectre in 'fast_best', during hierarchy flattening, during circuit read-in."
thank you!
