rectangular spiral inductor

Does onyone has a publication which has the exact dimensions of a microstrip rectangular spiral inductor?I want to simulate it for a project i have but i have not the exact dimensions.I want to point out for another time that i want a microstrip <rectangular> spiaral inductor.

On silicon substrate or on simple pcb board??
Because these are slightly different cause of loss mechanism. In fact they look like each other but approximations are different. If you intend to design a rectengular inductor on pcb board , please find that.

As far as what you asked me,I want the spiral inductor on pcb and not in silicon for my project.So,I think the first book will really help me.
