Hi,

I want to design an OTA in 1 volt.It must work in subthreshold region with I(vdd)<100nA .

My problem is design of it,s common mode feedback that work at 1volt.

Please help me.

Really, you havn't other problem in 1v OTA amplifier?
What problems in CMFB?

My problem is it,s stability. How can i test it? and What is my considerations in my design for stability.

Do you Have any simple structure (or full designed) for CMFB design in subthreshold?

There are many topics in this forum about testing stability of CMFB. You must use search. For example break feedback and give the ac signal. Look at the output of amplifier for phase and gain. Or use stb analys in Spectre
