circuit for charghing mobile BY only 1.5 V

Hi again . .

very very thank you .

but this circuit INPUT is ; 7 -22 DC V
i want chager with INPUT only 1.5 V .
and i know that have special IC in circuit .

be happy .

sorry about voltage.LOL
But the input is 5 V from usb port.

and for 1.5 V
The Boost circuits is good for this target.(flyback is good and cheap)
I will test the value of components and tell you.
