fan regulator using triac

Dear friends,
I want to build a ckt for fan regulator using triac.....if anybody is having ckt diagram........plz forward it to me......

thnx for ur reply.
plz inform the wattage for R1,R2 and voltage rating for C1,C2,C3. Shall I use all this electrolytic cap or ceramic disk or any other type....plz advise

It is safe to use 250V or above for all caps (if input voltage is 220V), R1, R2 1/2W. Caps should be ceramic or metalised polyestor, (electrolyte,...no way).
