Im Searching for Simultions on Bow Tie Antennas from 2-10 GHZ!

superNEC

superNEC has a bow tie example. They will give you a temporary license to run the program. This site has a permanent license descriotion.
 

You can very easily make your own simulations of BOWTIE using IE3D or CST-MWS software. Both discussed here.
