someone said that in pipeline ADC you should use a global CMFB to control all common mode voltage ,is it necessary? And who knows how to do that?

You can design a voltage either from follower or Vt for reference input of CMFB's in every stage.

Hi
since the output of one stage is the input of next stage,
we use a global voltage to control common mode voltage of each opamp. but we can't use one CMFB to control all opamps because of timing. when stage one is in sampling phase, stage two is in holding phase therefor they need different CMFBs.
