i am designing a differential LNA using mentor graphics-eldo software (spice)

my doubt is ...........

how should i give differential inputs in spice and how to plot the s-parameters as the output is also a differential thing so how can i define the 2nd port ??

u can use some kind of balun , before ur LNA , and plot the single ended S paramters , but i don't know can Eldo RF calculated the differential S paramters or not

hi khouly

exactly what s-para should i calculate.........i mean should take plot the s-para of differential output...or should i plot single ended s-para ??

if u use baluns , u can plot the S21 and S11 of it
check this link , but it is for ADS , u can apply the same concept for ELDO
