Can anyone tell me the techniques of how to optimize the design by taking
1.Restructuring netlist
2.Remapping logic
3.Swapping pins

SOC encounter

What exactly are you asking? These are options in encounter for optimization.

SOC encounter

Did u see these options?? like restructuring netlist and swapping pins??
how do u optimize it ?

I don't think that these options are given in GUI mode
Bye take care

SOC encounter

#1 and #2 are design compiler specific.

#3 is context dependent.

If you want to use the text command try help or man on optDesign and you will see the options. If you want to enable it on the GUI the click on Design -> Optimize and select the Advanced tab for options.

I think you'd better read encounter user manual for details
