urgent : regarding ferrite transformer

Hi,
I have a big amount of ferrite transformers I have no data for them , I want to usethem for 4 KHZ sine wave and inpu voltage 10 V , output voltage 130v , and output power 13 W .
Can any one help me , I can design it if I know the data for the ferrite core ; but I don t , is there some way to estimate the nomber of turns on both the primary and the secondary.
