I simulate bandgap with CMOS process, but the what the PNP Bipolar modular I should choose?

Re: bandgap simulation

You make one like what you see in figure 2 on this site

Re: bandgap simulation

So when I simulation ,I use diode modelar instead of PNP modular?

bandgap simulation

The simulation is no relation with process, because you have already known the substrate PNP can be done in the CMOS process.marth the multiplier,usual8:1.it is ok!
