Hi,

Is there a use for Sigma Delta DAC for motor control applications. I know PWM is widely used but I would like to know why Sigma Delta is not used? If used what is the problem(s)?

Similarly is Sigma Delta ADC suitable for motor control applications? If not why?

Any relevant information will be appreciated. thanks.
