Hi,
Can anyone please share a track and hold amplifier circuit design/schematic?

I need one with the following specs:

1.8V supply
output swing: 1.2V p-p
gain: 6 dB
approx. 200MS/sec
THD > 70 dB @ approx. 100 MHz
power as small as possible
no restriction on opamp architecture

any design, even close to these specs would do. i need it ASAP!

Many thanks,

He Aircraft,

I also need to simulate a Fast Track and Hold amplifier in 0.18-um CMOS process. We use the simulation tool ADS (Agilent Advanced Systems).

I am searching for a good idea for a while now, but cannot find anythinh close to it. I found some idea's in papers on IEEE but that is nothing more then a summary.
So, if anyone has something, plz let me know to mcan571@gmail.com

Thanks in advance.
