hai all

is sit possible to generate high voltage (in kilovolt range)
using the electronic components
with current in milli amps?
is there any such circuits are available for reference?

thanking you

Dear IanP

thank you for the mail
i think we can connect the 230vac power supply to the diode multyplier circuit.
but when we generate high voltage,say 15kv,the circuit will be get affested with the atmosphere.like moisture and so.i think we have to keep the tracs as far as posible.which diode we can use for this?IN 4007?.

regards

Don't even try to use 1N4007 diode in 15kV circuits ..
You need someting like this:
