I am trying to use a capacitor, it is 1F/2,7V, the spec says the leakage current is 0.6mA/12hrs, I would like to know what the voltage drops after one day or one weeks after I charge the cap to 2.7V and it is not connect to any load.

Thanks,

you can model the capacitor with a capacitor parallel with a resistor.

then you can calculate it.

How can I know the leakage resistance?
The spec tells me the leakage current is 0.6mA/12hrs only.

Thanks,

Charge capacitor to 2.7V. Disconnect it and every few hous for few days period measure the voltage. Draw a curve and you will see.
Leakage current is droping exponentially with time so calculation you want is not possible without knowing this curve.

I think the spec is kind of strange, since I=Q/t, mA/hours is a wrong unit

they already told you Q=CV,
Q=I*T
dV=I*dT/C
