hi

recently i decided to make a wireless transmitter.

i decided to use the MC3361 (narrowband FM IF) as receiver and MC2833 (FM transmitter) as transmitter.

is it a good idea?

how about the range of this transceiver?

best regards, Mostafa

mc3361 receiver

These circuits were used frequently 10-15 years ago in cordless phones on 46MHz band.
With no other RF power amplification the range could be up to 50 meters with good FM audio quality.

mc2833

hi vfone

thanks my friend. also i have MC3359 , MC3361 , MC13135 , MC2833.

1- is all of the the MC3359 , MC3361 , MC13135 RECEIVERS IC?

2- is the MC2833 TRANSMITTER IC?

3- which of them is better?

4- do you have a good quality circuit for a complete design? (a transmitter and its receiver)

with best regards.

receiver mc3361

For receiver MC13135 could be the best option from what you have:
**broken link removed**

MC2833 is an FM transmitter wit +10dBm output power using the on-chip amplifier.
**broken link removed**

You can search the net for applications of these circuits.
