how to place transistor

How to place transistor in layout XL (ic5141)???

I executed "generate from source ",but there's no transistor in the layout, as u can see the result in attachment.
How could I place those transistors into the layout ???

I'm using the ic5141.

Thank you !!!

this is the result of what i want .

any one can help me ???

Thank you so much !!!

:)

I can see some of your transistors, but you need first to place them then use SHIFT+F.

Sometimes Layout XL looks like lagging in such issues.

Try shut down icfb and restart. Tell me the results.

shift+f allows you see all layers layout
contrl+f takes every cells and sub cells as just a box.

I do agree that best tutorials are inside documentation of CADENCE, but even better is to focus on a design and ask all the help you can get from collegues or from EDA Board!

Keep up the good job!

i read the cdsdoc ,but it seems different from waht i see in layout XL :-(

when i choose to "export to router", a window pop up (the attachment is the snapshot ), when i click 'ok", another window pop up titled "Find Router" . does this mean i don't have the router???
or whether i made mistake some where in setting ???
Thank you.

any one can help me ???
thank you soooooooo much.

you need to install icc11241 for the router, which is not part of ic5141 package
