Dear All,

Can you please help me to get any simple tutorial / notes
on the topic of noise analysis for following few basic
MOS amp structures

1. Common Gate
2. Source Follower
3. Common Source
4. Common Source with Degenerated source resistor
5. Cascode amplifier

I have tried it from Razavi's book and Backer's book. I found
baker's one quite simple but the exhaustive analysis was not
there for all of these amplifiers.

So, If you have any other tutorial/notes on this topics
please forward it ..

hi Raduga ,
i remember that the nosie analysises of above ckts are given in Razavi's book.
if not, he also gave some simple examples, which are also close to what you need.

Hi Jeff,

Razavi's method didn't convinced my that much as
Baker's method. Therefore, I am in the need of
some other good reference for this one. If you
have any other please let me know.

i think you can post your considerations on the two methods they gave.
in that way, we all on the board can have a hot discussion.
