Hi all
i'm making an optical tranciever in which takes its data from a 100M network card
the output of the interface circuit that converts the output of the card from MLT-3 to NRZ is ECL logic while the input to the TRX is TTL
WHICH means i need a diffrential ECL to diffrential TTL and vice versa??
I have no time to order that chip as it is not found in my country so i will made it on my own..i need the chematics of this conversions please
please it is urgent
thanks alot in advance

Re: ECL 2 TTL

I've used this circuit and it works fairly OK. However you might want to add an additional Schmidt-Trigger gate 74HC14 or equivalent...
