I urgently need circuit diagram for ISP of P89V51RD2.

Just grab any circuit with MAX232-alike connecting the '51 to PC via UART (this is the nicest thing on th 'RD2s!)

There is a deluxe version which would reset automagically from PC via some of the handshake signals, but you don't really need that unless you need it for mass production or you are too lazy to press a reset button.

p89v51rd2 programmer circuit

Thing is that my circuit is ready. I am using MAX232 & 74LS125 for serial interface.
DTR is goin through 74LS125 & to RESET pin of 89V51RD2.
Even in FLASHMAGIC when I press U I get reply as U.
But when I try to program IC , a window pops up saying RESET device, after a while one more window pops up saying 'unable to receive or transmit'.
Plz help me solve this problem.
If possible plz send me the whole procedure from scratch.
