PIC16F628A-E/P won't Program in Picall programmer?

I have programmed the pic16f628-04/P and pic16f628A-04/P with my PICALL Programmer and had no problems.

I get an error trying to program the PIC16F628A-E/P chips I recently bought from Mouse electronics.

Any Ideas?
