Has any one used any of these boards in a project?
What has been the experience?
How well do these boards lend themselves to exploitation in tuff environment like automotive?
What are the drawbacks?
Which distro of Linux should be used?

I have use an embedded board that consist of Via chipset with similar setup to one of the PICO ITX boards.

I have attached a hard drive and install Windows XP but I am sure you can install Ubuntu Linux into a compact flash. Pity it was a bit slow with write and read speed.

Thanks, can you please provide some tech and commercial details of the board?
