What is the exact relationship between λ and L.For example if λ for .5µ technology is .1 then what would be the λ for .35µ??
Pls clarify my doubt and pls comment on my thinking ......
Thanks in advance

Lambda ∞ (1 / L)
your lambda changes with your channel length. So the only way you can determine your lamda is from your Ids vs Vds curve by determining the slope of the curve in the saturation region
slope = dIds/ dVds = lamda*Id

And we know the Id value

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong..:D

I don't think you can generaly say what is the relationship between the two. Since both depend on quality of litography and for example diffusion depth I thik you can't really set the rule. But if somebody knows it would be interesting.
