What is the difference between CTS for multi clocks and single clocks?

Hi,
Please anybody tell me what is the difference between CTS (clock tree synthesis) for multi clocks and single clock. I mean what type of parameters need for these.
 

CTS

if the clocks domain is asynchronous, no difference is between multi clock and single clock. Multi clocks can be CTSed independently.

If DFT is involved, it makes more difficult.
