I wanted to know how to convert the following common source S parameters to S parameters that apply to the transistor in a common gate configuration with a series inductor.

S11 = 0.72 phasor(-35 deg)
S12 = 0.03 phasor(57 deg)
S21 = 2.6 phasor(76 deg)
S22 = 0.73 phasor(-54 deg)

inductor = 5 nh
50 ohm load

in the textbook i'm using, an example got it directly from a CAD package. but i dont know how to use a CAD package or even know of a software that can do it. Is there anyway I can calculate the common gate config S-parameters by hand?
