Help me program PIC16F84A to compare phone rings values

Hello everybody,

note;
- that I want to put this program into 12F508A at final work.
- that I have an electronic circuit attache to pin GP3 that provides (1) at GP3 input
after each phone ring.

I would like my 16F84A
to compare phone rings values here is an exemple
(
e.i. my phone rings one or two time---> one Beep
my phone rings 3 times or more----> Beep, beep.

Is somebody can provide me the steps involved at programmation level?
