In my opinion, "hspicerf" is used to simulate circuits in the high frequency domian while "hspice" is used in the low frequency domain. Now I have a question, if I have a circuit whose working frequency is 1.5M , is there any difference when I simulate it with "hspicerf" and "hspice" ? and which simulator tool is better?

Thanks!
