hdmi hot plug detect

Hi,

i got a problem with my hdmi circuit. When i plug in hdmi cable i can not get 5V output at TPWR pin(which means Hot Plug not detected). But if i connect a Earth to the tap of hdmi connector or any ground pin on my circuit and re-power up the system, then it works correctly. when i disconnect the earth from my circuit, the hot plug can not be detect again.
can not find any reason why could this happen..... it is bcos of the grounding problem on PCB routing? ....or the digital gnd and analog gnd i din't split it? ....can anyone pls help me....thx....
